We’ll discuss your current skin condition and determine the best approach for your treatment, while also tailoring the experience to your comfort—such as bed temperature, treatment pace, and whether you prefer a quiet, relaxing facial or step-by-step explanations.

Following the consultation, you’ll receive a fully customized facial designed specifically for your skin’s needs, using targeted treatments and techniques to support healthy, glowing skin.

This service ensures both your skin and your experience are completely personalized from start to finish.

Why is it important to start with this facial? I do not perform advanced treatments on first time clients. So it is important to start here with a gentle exfoliation where I can see how your skin responds. We can then work our way up to lactic acid and more advanced no downtime peels if necessary.

  • Yes! Come as you are. I will remove your makeup and do a wonderful double cleanse.

  • I’d love to see you monthly to get your skin on a good path to optimal health.

  • Please refrain from using any form of retinol at least 2 weeks before you come in for your treatment.

  • Welcome! As a first time client, you will need a consultation so we can discuss your skincare goals and needs.

    You should always book the New Client Facial first not only so we can have a consult first, but because I do not do any advanced treatments on first time clients. We will start with gentle exfoliation and work you up to lactic acid peels, etc.

  • Cancellations or Reschedules:
    Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

    • Less than 24 hours’ notice: A 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service will be charged.

    • No-show: The full service amount will be charged.

    Late Arrivals:
    If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to ensure I stay on time for all clients. The full service fee still applies.

    Same-Day Appointments:
    All same-day bookings are considered final and non-refundable once confirmed.

    Emergency Exceptions:
    I completely understand that life happens — illness, emergencies, and unexpected events arise. Please reach out as soon as possible, and I’ll always do my best to work with you.
